RETURN POLICY

You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving our order. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. All clothing items must be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the garment(s) from being sold as new. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be shipped back to the customer if the conditions are not met at the customers expense. All item(s) marked as sale will be final and cannot be returned. The item(s) must arrive at our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. 

DOMESTIC

  • Within 7 days of the delivery date, put all items in a box/package.
  • Please email support@lenonclothing.com for an RA number to be issued for returns and exchanges. Please do not return any items before requesting a Returns Authorization (RA) Number.
  • Stick the shipping label on the box ( Make sure there are no other labels/bar codes on the box.
  • Drop off box to be shipped to us.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.
  • We will send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you will know its on the way. 
  •  if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Within 7 days of the delivery date, put all items in box/package.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Stick the shipping label on the box ( Make sure there are no other labels/bar codes on the box.
  • Drop off box to be shipped to us
  • Please allow 14-21 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company
  • We will send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you will know its on the way.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES:
Lenon is not responsible for any customs duties and sales taxes for International shipping. It is the customer responsibility to take care of customs duties and sales taxes of each country. 

NON ACCEPTANCE OF A DELIVERY:
If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, Lenon is not responsible for refused merchandise.
